This device provides remote temperature and power loss monitoring from anywhere in the world. The TempAlarm™ TA-900 is an ideal low cost monitoring solution for any commercial or residential facility where extreme temperature changes or loss of electrical power can cause damage to the building structure or its contents.

The TempAlarm™ TA-900 is easy to install and use.  This device will call up to three user programmed telephone numbers when the ambient temperature is out of range (-60° to 300° F) or electrical power is lost.  Additional auxiliary sensors can be added provided they include a relay with dry contacts.  Some examples include sensors for water detection, motion, fire, humidity, etc.  The TempAlarm™ TA-900 includes an on-board audible alarm that sounds a local alert that warns of potential damaging conditions.  Finally, this device includes a relay with dry contacts which can be closed remotely, via a telephone call.  This relay can be used to turn on a visual alarm or provide a connection to a building automation system.
