This position will be responsible for all aspects of buying in a fast paced design & manufacturing environment. Successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of buying experience. 1st Shift Test Supervisor (7-01-10)
Control Products is seeking an individual to lead our manufacturing test associates activities in accordance with work instructions, and company policy ensuring quality product is delivered on time. Manage the test group resources and product schedules, conduct performance reviews, monitor productivity, identify, and submit changes to processes. Assist other supervisors or managers in their duties ensuring company goals and objectives are met. This position requires good eye/hand coordination, basic mechanical aptitude, good manual dexterity.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent and/or 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, technical background preferred, computer skills and MS Office knowledge, statistical skills, six sigma lean training. Assist other supervisors or managers in their duties ensuring company goals and objectives are met.
