The following is a partial list of types and styles of displays we have used in our designs:

• LED...several sizes, seven segment or fourteen segment (alpha numeric), wide range of colors
• LCD...single character, multiple colors and sizes
• LCD character module...many styles and sizes (2 x 16, 4 x 20, etc.)
• LCD graphical module (TFT)...high resolution, multiple shapes, sizes, and colors
• VFD...character and graphical
• OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode)...extremely high contrast and definition, 90° viewing angle, extremely thin

Today, there is a growing need for user interface display technology that can communicate large amounts of information in a rapid but very intuitive manner. Control Products offers its customers a wide range of electronic display capabilities. On the low end of the spectrum, a product may only require a small simple LCD display, while other applications may demand full color video with sound. In other applications, a dot matrix display, back lit display or standard touch screen technology may meet the application requirements.
