Control Products Celebrates Fourth Anniversary in China

Minneapolis, Minnesota – September 25, 2009 Control Products, Inc., a trusted leader in electronic control technology and global manufacturing, celebrated its four year anniversary in China on September 17th with an open house at its Suzhou China facility. Customers and well wishers from the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) stopped by to celebrate.During this event, the Benchmarking Group hosted a gathering at our facility. This organization is made up of American executives with operations located in the SIP. The purpose of the organization is to share business experiences and build relationships. Over twenty-five executives attended.
Control Products established a wholly owned business in China in order to support our customers operations in China, provide products and services to our U.S. and European customers that could not be previously justified economically, and participate in the domestic Chinese market, which is the most rapidly expanding market in the world. These goals remain the dominant focus for our presence in China.
According to Paul Carlson, President of Control Products, "we are very pleased with the results of our Suzhou facility. Having this presence in China has provided us with growth worldwide and the opportunity to provide our customers with customized business solutions in addition to the technology and global manufacturing capabilities which is the foundation for our existence."
